Brenda Brandt is the Vice President of Property Management at Hendricks Commercial Properties, LLC, where Brenda has worked since October 2009, advancing from Facilities Coordinator to Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and finally to their current role since 2015. Prior to this, Brenda served as the Business Manager at Preferred Homes, Inc. from 2003 to 2009, overseeing various functions including construction management, customer service, sales, and accounting. Brenda holds an education from Blackhawk Technical College.
