Pedro Corrales Rodrigáñez has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Pedro started their career in 1987 at Mobil Oil, where they held various technical and commercial positions. Pedro then moved on to Mobil Oil Francaise, where they served as the Service & Energy Manager for Europe. In 2000, they joined ExxonMobil as the Engineering Service Manager for Europe and later became the Director of Lubricants and Specialties for Spain and Portugal. Pedro also worked at Galp Energía as the Director of Specialties & Lubricants. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the President of ASELUBE and GAMA Servicios Aeroportuarios. Pedro also held the position of CEO at TRIBRAIN Consulting Group before becoming the CEO of Cosan Lubrificantes, where they led the operations in Spain and Portugal until 2019. Currently, Pedro is the President of Hemper Handmade, a role they assumed in 2020. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive expertise in the energy and lubricants industry, holding influential positions and contributing to the success of various organizations.

Pedro Corrales Rodrigáñez completed their education in two institutions. From 1978 to 1985, they attended the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Energy Techniques. In 1984, they also briefly attended the Professional Diving program at the Escuela Marítimo Pesquera, where they received certification as a Professional Diver, specializing in Hyperbaric Chambers.
