Ciprian Stancu has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 2005, they started their career at Central European Media Enterprises, where they worked as the Head of TV Sales until 2008. Ciprian then became the Sales Director until 2010. In 2011, they returned to Central European Media Enterprises as the Head of International Sales, a position they held until 2013.

In 2014, Ciprian Stancu founded Republica BIO, where they served as the Founder and President. In 2018, they co-founded Republica BIO France and also started working as a Business Mentor at The Entrepreneurship Academy.

Most recently, in 2022, Ciprian Stancu co-founded HempAID. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and business skills in various roles within the media and entrepreneurship industry.

Ciprian Stancu's education history begins in 2018, where they studied Blockchain Business Strategy at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In 2019, they attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed a program in New Ventures Leadership, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, they specialized in Digital Disruption at Cambridge Judge Business School.
