Dr. Mark Ostwald currently serves as a Member of the Executive Council at the Freudenberg Group since January 2024, and has been the Chief Executive Officer of Freudenberg Medical since July 2015 along with roles as President of Minimally Invasive Solutions & Europe, Chief Technology Officer, Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications, and Vice President & General Manager of GBU Silicones. Additionally, Dr. Ostwald has been a Member of the Supervisory Board at Hemoteq AG since August 2017 and held various leadership positions at Helix Medical and Freudenberg. Dr. Ostwald's educational background includes a Strategic Leadership Program and a Business Leadership Program from INSEAD, and a doctorate in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
