Kevin Gibson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in biomedical engineering and a focus on medical devices. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at HemoSonics, LLC since August 2015, Kevin leads a team to enhance research, development, reliability, and cost reduction initiatives. Previous roles at HemoSonics included Senior Engineer and Engineer, where investigations into design improvements and critical reliability issues were conducted. Kevin also gained valuable experience as an Associate Systems Engineer at LipoScience and as a Biomedical Engineer Intern at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where contributions included root cause analysis and compliance updates. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Bioinstrumentation from North Carolina State University.
