Matthew Rich is a tax accountant with extensive experience in high net worth individual tax preparation and expatriate tax services. Currently employed at Hemenway & Barnes since January 2021, Matthew previously served as a Senior Tax Associate at BerryDunn and a Private Client Group Tax Associate at DiCicco, Gulman & Company, where expertise in tax equalization for expatriates was developed. Prior roles include a GMS Associate position at KPMG US, where technical training and mentorship of interns occurred, and earlier accounting responsibilities at the Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce. Matthew holds an M.B.A. in Professional Accounting and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Ithaca College.
