Cristhian De Jesus Ramirez Lara currently serves as Lider de Proyectos at Hemco Nicaragua S.A since February 2023. Previously, Cristhian held the position of Ingeniero de proyecto at Calibre Mining Corp (CXB). In terms of education, Cristhian obtained a Certificación PM4R Professional in PM4R from October 2022 to October 2023 and earned a Master en gerencia de proyectos de desarrollo, Gestión de proyectos from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, completing the degree in October 2021 after enrolling in December 2013.
