MÃ¥rten Steen, MD, PhD, is a partner of HealthCap. Previously, he worked as a Director of business development at Merck Serono, focusing on both product and technology licensing. Dr. Steen has pursued research in the field of protein chemistry and coagulation disorders at Lund University and Novo Nordisk. He is the author of numerous scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals. He earned an MD and PhD in Clinical Chemistry from Lund University, Sweden.
