Shelly Albrecht CFI, LPC, has extensive experience in management and leadership roles, currently serving as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Helzberg Diamonds since February 2014, where previous positions included Senior Store Manager. Shelly demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and client relations skills, along with proficiency in multi-store training and conflict resolution. Prior to this, Shelly worked as an Operations Manager at Pacific Dental and held several managerial roles, including Store Manager at Helzberg Diamonds and Limited Brands, as well as Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Smiling Moose. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Adams State University, achieved from 2006 to 2011, and attended South Dakota State University from 1988 to 1991.
