Mette Bierbaum currently serves as the Centerchef for Sundhed og Omsorg at Gribskov Kommune, responsible for the elderly and health sectors, overseeing various municipal organizations and private care centers. With a strong foundation in public administration, Mette has held multiple leadership roles within Gribskov Kommune, including Direktør for Social, Sundhed og Beskæftigelse and Vicesundhedschef. Previous experience includes co-owning a consultancy firm, Balslev & Bierbaum ApS, and working as a special consultant and full-mægtig in various governmental bodies. Mette holds a Cand.scient.pol degree from Aarhus University, and has furthered education in public leadership at COK and political science at Harvard University.
