Disha Papdeja is a UX Designer currently employed at Helpshift since July 2023, with prior experience at Neeyamo from November 2021 to July 2023, specializing in user-centric research and the simplification of qualitative and quantitative data. Earlier roles include Product Designer at COCOLENI, focusing on innovative eyewear designs and market research in early 2020, and a Product Designer at SSCC from March 2018 to August 2018, where responsibilities included product and packaging design. Disha holds a Bachelor in Design with a specialization in Product Design and Industrial and Product Design from the Institute of Design, Environment & Architecture, completed in 2020.
