Ayush Shah is a Software Development Engineer 1 (SDE 1) at Helpshift, involved in designing, developing, and maintaining monolithic components in Clojure, as well as implementing monitoring and analytics tools like Kafka, Grafana, and Kibana. Previously, Ayush held the position of Software Engineer 1, focusing on test automation frameworks with Playwright and Appium. Earlier experience includes internships as a Python developer at Freeloc, automating testing processes for ERP software at GRT Global Logistics PVT. LTD. using Python Selenium and REST API, and teaching computer-related subjects at Universe Simplified Foundation. Ayush holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, completed in 2021.
