Luoma holds board positions with Mäkelänrinteen Uintikeskus Oy and Oy Darekon Ltd, contributing to sectors like medical equipment and industrial electronics. Previous board memberships include prominent roles with the Municipal Guarantee Board, Helsinki City Transport, and the City of Helsinki, alongside engagements with Software Finland ry and Suomen Digibarometri. Luoma has a foundational education from the National Defence University and the University of Helsinki, complemented by active participation in Kokoomus and leadership roles in the Helsingin Kansallisseura HeKS.
