Helpmate Inc. together with its subsidiaries and affiliates has extensive experience in the construction and operation of water systems. It has provided potable water to cities and major municipalities of Cebu for more than a decade now. 

Currently it is serving more than 27,000 subscribers and owns more than 130  km of pipeline in its service areas. 

Helpmate Inc. is sourcing water both from aquifer by 33 deep wells and from three rivers by in-filtration systems.
