Michael Frampus serves as the Director of Substance Use Services at Helping Hand Behavioral Health since May 2023. Previously, Michael held the position of Clinical Program Manager at AtlantiCare from August 2021 to April 2023 and worked as a Substance Abuse Evaluator for the New Jersey Courts from March 2017 to July 2021. Experience also includes a role as Counselor II at Gateway Foundation, where responsibilities included facilitating substance abuse educational groups in state prisons. Michael's earlier roles consist of monitoring clients as C.I.T. at Maryville, Inc. and managing operations as Site Manager/Primary Counselor at Hendricks House. Michaelās educational background includes a Master of Social Work degree from Stockton University and Rutgers University, as well as an Associateās Degree in Addiction Counseling from Atlantic Cape Community College.
