Tanya McIver is an experienced professional in the aged care sector, currently serving as the Group Manager Residential Services at Helping Hand Aged Care since October 2023. Prior to this, Tanya held the position of Executive Manager Residential Services at Warrina Homes Inc. from July 2021 to October 2023. Tanya also worked at AnglicareSA from June 2017 to July 2021, where roles included Senior Manager and Senior Manager Operational Support. Earlier in their career, Tanya was the Residential Services Manager at Southern Cross Care (SA & NT) Inc. from January 2011 to June 2017. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of South Australia, earned between 1989 and 1992.
