Poppy Walton is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in program development, funding management, and community health advisory roles. Currently serving as Community Health and Care Advisor at HelpAge International since April 2022, Poppy previously held positions at Age International as Senior Programme Development and Funding Manager, where responsibilities included coordination of global programs and strategic donor management. Earlier roles at HelpAge International involved proposal development and contract management, while experience at Send a Cow Rwanda focused on livelihood development and food security projects.
