Monica Kaniu is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as Global Human Resources Manager and previously as Regional Human Resources Manager for Africa at HelpAge International since October 2019, Monica also holds the position of Lead HR Consultant at Twelve Links since January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at PATH from April 2007 to March 2019, where Monica managed HR responsibilities in partnership with Country Programs Leaders in Eastern Africa. Prior to that, Monica worked as HR Manager at SOS Children's Villages Kenya from 2000 to March 2007, overseeing HR functions for a workforce of over 350 staff. Monica holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Kenyatta University and a BSc in International Business Administration from United States International University - Africa.
