Bikash Chandra Manna is an experienced Emergency Response Manager with a strong background in humanitarian crisis response and disaster risk reduction. Currently at HelpAge International since January 2020, Bikash oversees the Global Emergency Fund and supports various country offices in emergency preparedness and response. Prior roles include Regional Humanitarian and DRR Coordinator for Terre des hommes foundation, where responsibilities spanned multiple countries in Asia, and Project Manager positions at CARE India, leading emergency response and rehabilitation efforts for significant disasters. Additional experience includes project management and coordination at ADRA India, Lutheran World Service India, and ActionAid, focusing on disaster preparedness and livelihood restoration. Bikash holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Social Work.
