Mihailo Stanisavljevic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and support. Since April 2023, Mihailo has been working as a Partner Care Specialist at heloo, powered by TaskUs. Prior to this role, Mihailo served as a Customer Service Team Lead at Sitel Group, managing a team of 15 agents to enhance service quality and performance metrics, alongside roles in quality assurance and direct client support. Mihailo's earlier experience includes serving as a Subject Matter Expert at NCR Corporation and various positions in technical support and engineering at OKK TV and Studio Cunami. Mihailo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Audiovisual Communications Technologies from The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies and a High School Diploma with a socio-linguistic orientation from the 14th Belgrade Gymnasium.
