Previous roles include leadership positions with Meeting Professionals International - Tampa Bay Chapter, where responsibilities ranged from President Elect to Vice President of Strategic Alliances. Michelle has a solid background in managing conference services across various organizations, including Westover Consultants and Native American Management Services, overseeing event logistics and staff management for numerous large-scale events. With extensive experience in contract negotiation, event coordination, and strategic planning, Michelle has contributed significantly to the meetings and events industry. Education includes studies at the University of Florida and Lakeland Sr. High School.
