Dmitri Tsurkan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software development and product management. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Helmes AS since November 2018, Dmitri oversees Java software development teams, handling resource planning, management, and team building while managing public sector software development projects in Estonia. Previously, Dmitri held positions at The Climate Corporation as a Product Manager and at VitalFields as a Product Owner, where responsibilities included product internationalization, backlog management, and integrating Scrum methodologies. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Fortumo, where Dmitri focused on carrier billing platform integration and product development. Early career experience includes IT analysis and consultancy at Elion Enterprises Ltd. Dmitri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneur and Technology Management from the University of Tartu.
