Jos¨¦ started their career in 2005 as a floor man at Grey Wolf Drilling Co. Jos¨¦ was promoted to derrickman at Nabors Industries in 2007 and then operations supervisor at Tesco Corporation in 2009. In 2013, they joined Helmerich & Payne as Director.

Jos¨¦ has a proven track record of success in the oil and gas industry. Jos¨¦ is an expert in operations and has a keen eye for detail. Jos¨¦ is a strong leader and motivator, and has a passion for developing their team and helping them reach their full potential.
