Debra Stockton has extensive legal and executive experience, currently serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources at Helmerich & Payne since March 2017. Prior to this role, Debra held various positions at RealPage, Inc., including Senior Vice President of LeasingDesk Screening and Associate General Counsel. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at EverGreen Solutions, and a partner at Conner & Winters. Debra began her career in contract administration at Williams Communications, later transitioning to the legal department, where responsibilities included handling purchase and sale contracts. Debra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from Northeastern State University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law.
