Steven Pluth is an experienced logistics and operations professional currently serving as the Logistics Operations Manager at Helmer Scientific since June 2020, where management of a team across two facilities includes oversight of incoming materials, inventory control, and safety practices. Previously, Steven held the position of General Manager at Spartan Logistics, overseeing a 24/7 warehouse with over 60 employees from March 2019 to March 2020. As Materials Manager at Quantum Design from June 2015 to March 2019, Steven utilized Lean Six Sigma methods to lead a team and maintain high accuracy in managing valuable stock. Steven earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Colorado State University Global in 2020.
