Jinli (Karlin) Su currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for Feasibility at HELM AG since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jinli held several key positions at Covestro from August 2011 to 2022, including Operational Excellence, Run Engineer, and Lead Project Controller, where responsibilities encompassed leading continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing plant maintenance, and managing project control for significant expansions. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Bayer Technology Services Shanghai from January 2009 to September 2011, where Jinli worked as Project Controller, progressing through roles in cost control and scheduling. Academically, Jinli earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Mannheim Business School between 2019 and 2021, a Master's degree in Applied Chemistry from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2006 to 2009, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology from 2002 to 2006.
