Ludmilla Alia is a skilled talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment and employee experience. Currently serving as Team Lead for Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience at HelloFresh since January 2022, Ludmilla has developed and executed recruitment plans for multiple entities in France, focusing on key metrics and hiring data. Previously, Ludmilla held senior roles at BeKom/Pomme&Coco as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and co-founder, where strategic brand launches and recruitment strategies were implemented. Additional experience includes recruitment positions at Mazars, Robert Half International, and project leadership with Projets Humanitaires/Croix-Rouge, supplemented by a strong background in auditing from KPMG and financial structuring with Crédit Agricole CIB. Ludmilla holds a degree from NEOMA Business School and has completed preparatory classes at Lycée Camille Guérin in Poitiers.
