Julio Cesar Vazquez has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Julio Cesar began their career at Banco Santander as a Strategic Sourcing Consultant in 2008 and then moved on to Deloitte México in 2009. At Deloitte, they worked as a Strategy and Operations Senior Consultant, where they successfully managed various projects, such as optimizing the supply chain for a tequila producer and developing reporting dashboards for an international bank.

In 2016, Julio had short-term roles at honestbee and Google, where they gained valuable experience in strategy and operations. Julio Cesar then joined Amazon in 2017 as an MBA Pathways Operations Manager, where they worked in both the UK and Spain. During their time at Amazon, they played a crucial role in managing operations and delivering results.

In 2020, Julio joined ZALORA Group as Director of Operations, overseeing the company's operational activities. After two years with ZALORA, they later joined HelloFresh in 2023 as the Vice President of Downstream Operations.
