Jessica Velzeboer has extensive experience in customer care, currently serving as Team Lead Customer Care at HelloFresh since February 2017, where previous roles included Payment Specialist and Customer Care Agent. Before joining HelloFresh, Jessica worked as a Verkoopmedewerker at Albert Heijn from June 2011 to February 2017. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Algemene Sociale Wetenschappen from the University of Amsterdam, completed in 2016, and attended Jan van Egmond Lyceum from 2006 to 2012.
