Constantina Spyrou is an experienced professional in the field of biology and food innovation, currently serving as the Ingredient Development Manager at HelloFresh since February 2024, where responsibilities include managing sensory analysis for new ingredients and coordinating with supply chain and quality management teams. Prior to this role, Constantina worked as a Biotechnologist at Bosque Foods, focusing on the development of sustainable fish and meat alternatives using fungal mycelium. Experience also includes a position as a Junior Mushroom Researcher at INFARM, where contributions were made to sustainability projects and the launch of mushroom production.
