Jess Fitak currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at HelloData.ai, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Jess held the role of Customer Success Manager at Fortress PropTech for a brief period in 2023, and prior to that, worked at Walker & Dunlop from March 2020 to March 2023, progressing from Customer Success Manager to Manager of Customer Success. Jess started in customer success roles at Hireology from December 2017 to September 2019, and prior experience includes working as a Receptionist & Claims Analyst at Turner Chiropractic from April 2013 to December 2017. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from North Central College.
