Khaleynie Maldonado is a seasoned professional in customer experience, currently serving as a CX Team Lead 2 at Alma since August 2022. Previously, Khaleynie held the position of CX Manager at Pawp from December 2021 to May 2022 and spent over four years at BARK, where roles included Customer Experience & Advocacy Supervisor for BarkEats, ERG Leader for the LatinX ERG, Bark Eats Concierge & Nutrition Lead, Philippines Team Lead, and Senior Ambassador. Khaleynie is an alumna of The Ohio State University.
