Cynthia Assam is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel (Marketing) at Flare, where the organization focuses on enhancing access to legal services through innovative technology. As the Founder and Principal Attorney of Assam Law & Consulting, LLC, Cynthia provides strategic counsel on business formation, brand development, and compliance with intellectual property laws. Previous roles include Managing Corporate Counsel at Redwood Logistics and Compliance Officer at 1st Choice Home Health Agency, Inc., as well as Investigator for the Minneapolis Department of Civil Rights. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Iowa, a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Leadership (Joint Degree with JD) from the University of St. Thomas, and a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
