Sylvain Didier is an experienced IT manager with a strong background in transforming IT departments into strategic business partners. Currently serving as IT Manager at HellermannTyton France since January 2019, Sylvain focuses on improving service support rates and migrating to a hybrid infrastructure. Previous experience includes a significant role at Japan Tobacco International from September 2012 to November 2018, where Sylvain was instrumental in building a shared vision and action plan for the IT department. Prior to that, Sylvain worked at Air Liquide Médical Systems as Information Systems Manager, overseeing a team and managing IT purchases with a budget of 700k€. Sylvain's career began at Air Liquide, where various roles included Sales Representative, Marketing Project Manager, Manager of Web Technology, and E-business Solution Delivery Manager, contributing to major projects and enhancements in systems architecture. Sylvain holds an engineering degree in systems and networks from Isep - École d'ingénieurs du numérique, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
