Alexandros Kamarinos is the CEO of PG Kamarinos Consulting Engineers, an Electromechanical Consulting Engineers company founded in 1968 that has successfully completed over 1,500 projects in Greece, Europe and the Middle East.
It specializes in the design of buildings using renewable energy sources and modern technology. Over the past 20 years, he has engaged in design and supervision services for more than 50 hotel projects, 150 commercial/office and 350 residential projects.
Graduating from the College of Athens in 1994, he studied Mechanical Engineering (MEng) at Imperial College London. In 1998 he returned to Athens and joined PG Kamarinos Consulting Engineers.
After ten years of collaboration with his father and professional development, he took over the management of the company in 2008, developing it into projects in Greece and abroad. Under his guidance, PG Kamarinos Consulting Engineers regularly provides pro bono services to Greek non-profit, cultural and educational institutions.
In 2014 he accepted the honorary invitation to become a member of the Hellenic American Educational Foundation (HEI) and in 2018 he was elected to the Board of Directors. He has been a member of the Technical Committee of the Athens College since 2012. In this capacity, he has offered his expertise in renovation projects and new buildings of the School. In 2021 he became President of the Technical Committee.
