Merin Lisa Benny has professional experience as an Optics Design Engineer (Junior Engineer) at FORVIA HELLA since June 2024 and previously served as an Optical Engineer Fellow at the LVPEI Center for Technology Innovation from July 2023 to May 2024, focusing on the optics of slit lamps and specular microscopes, while acquiring foundational knowledge in optical design software such as OSLO and Tracepro. Merin holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College (Autonomous) Devagiri, completed in November 2022, and has also conducted an MSc project at the University of Kerala. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Mar Ivanios College (Autonomous), earned in June 2020, a Higher Secondary degree in Bio-Maths from St. Joseph's GHSS, completed in May 2017, and foundational studies in Bio-Maths at Mary Rani Public School in April 2015.
