KarthiKayan Dhandapani has over 17 years of experience in automotive lighting development, currently serving as Sr. Chief Engineer Development Light at FORVIA HELLA since May 2009. Prior roles at the same company include Chief Engineer Automotive Lighting Development and Deputy Manager leading design projects. KarthiKayan also has experience in tool design for automotive components from previous positions at Synergetic Engineering Solutions and BPL Automation. Academic qualifications include a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University, a DPMT in Mold Making Technology from CIPET-Mysore, and a PD-PMD in Plastic Mold Design from CIPET-Chennai.
