Zasha Sulette Lim currently serves as a Business Development Manager at HelixPay since November 2021. Previously, Zasha held the position of Operations Manager at GoodWork.ph from November 2018 to November 2021, where responsibilities included leading overall platform operations, managing service partners, and enhancing user retention across various service categories. Zasha also worked as a Marketplace Operations Associate, focusing on onboarding service partners and ensuring platform health through key performance indicators. An internship at Nielsen in mid-2018 involved assisting with a client project on database harmonization in the chocolate industry across Southeast Asia. Zasha earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Asia and the Pacific in 2018 and a degree in Secondary Education from Ateneo de Naga University in 2014.
