Socorro Ruiz has extensive experience in marketing and business development, currently serving as a Marketing Manager at HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc. since September 2006. In this role, Socorro Ruiz contributes to strategic pursuits and client relationship building as part of the Business Development and Marketing Group. Prior to HELIX, Socorro Ruiz held positions as a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator at Earth Tech, AMEC Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited, and Kleinfelder. Socorro Ruiz has been an active member of SMPS San Diego since 2012. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Grossmont College, along with studies at Kelsey-Jenney Business College and Sawyer Business College.
