Oleksandr Dimnyy is an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in dynamic positioning operations, currently serving as Chief Officer SDPO at Helix Energy Solutions Group since July 2022. Prior roles include SDPO positions at Vroon, Belait Shipping Co. (B) Sdn Bhd, and several other companies specializing in diving, ROV, and construction activities. Oleksandr has extensive experience in wind farm installation noise mitigation and SBL surveys, with a career progression that showcases expertise from 3rd Officer/DPO to Chief Officer SDPO. Oleksandr holds a degree in Navigation from Odesa National Maritime Academy, obtained between 2006 and 2013.
