Clemence Godet

Clemence Godet has a strong background in human resources and has held various senior-level positions in multinational companies. Clemence started their career as an Event Coordinator at Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne in 2004 before transitioning to a role as an Operations Assistant at Christie's in 2005. At Christie's, they were responsible for organizing auctions and managing HR and office-related tasks. In 2007, they joined British American Tobacco, where they worked as a Talent Executive, HR Business Partner, Regional Reward Executive, HR Project and Change Manager, and BATI Senior HR Business Partner. In these roles, they supported the business in various HR areas, managed HR projects and change management initiatives, and implemented talent and learning programs. In 2014, they joined Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. initially as an HR Business Partner before taking on the position of Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits EMEA & Asia Pacific. Here, they managed employee relations, supported business continuity during restructuring, and implemented compensation and benefits strategies. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at BOBST, and in 2018, they joined Helen of Troy as the Senior Director HR, International RMO. In this role, they have been responsible for managing HR initiatives across international locations, developing HR teams, implementing talent management strategies, and overseeing the restructuring process.

Clemence Godet completed their Bachelor's degree in Management at EHL from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued a DEUG in Art History at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne between 1997 and 1999.
