Hamutal Lieberman is a Partner at Helbraun Levey since November 2020, serving as Chair of both the Litigation and Trademark Groups, as well as Co-Chair of the Litigation Group. Lieberman specializes in representing entities in the hospitality sector, handling commercial and business disputes, employment litigation, real estate issues, and intellectual property matters. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate position at Zumpano Patricios & Popok, PLLC, focusing on commercial litigation, and various associate roles at Farrell Fritz, P.C., Wilson Elser, and Kagen & Caspersen, which involved complex business claims. Lieberman's career began as a Summer Law Clerk at the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian. Lieberman holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
