Jonathan Franz has over eight years of experience in finance, currently working at Helaba since October 2015 in Acquisition Finance, specializing in the structuring and origination of acquisition financing, including leveraged buyouts and corporate loans. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as a Credit Risk Analyst, managing a portfolio of large German and European clients. Earlier experience includes a trainee position in Credit Risk Management at Bankhaus Metzler and various roles at KPMG, including a working student in Corporate Tax Services. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Finance and Accounting, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from Goethe University Frankfurt.
