Olivia D. Carter, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the AVP, Global Human Resources Business Partner at Heitman since April 2022. Previously, Olivia was the Area Compliance & Ethics Officer and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) from March 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading mergers and acquisitions. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Resolvit and Human Resources Specialist at Passport USA. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Gender & Diversity Studies from Xavier University.
