Jim Grimm is the President of HeiTech Services, Inc., a position held since November 2009, overseeing the company's services and programs, as well as the pursuit and execution of Federal Contracts. Previous experience includes serving as Program Director at Vangent, Inc. from September 2008 to November 2009, where management of Public Sector BPO activities was key. Additionally, Jim held various roles at Keane, Inc., including Vice President, VP State and Local, and Managing Director from 2000 to 2008. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Accounting from Frostburg State University and a BS in Accounting from Shepherd University.
