Ejiro Ogunbanjo PSM, SPHRi is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Heirs Technologies since April 2024 and as Sector HR Head for Payments and Technology at Heirs Holdings since September 2023. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Ejiro has previously led HR efforts at Africa Prudential Plc, Airtel Africa, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria CIPM. Ejiro possesses a strong background in strategic HR practices across diverse sectors, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and change management. Ejiro holds a Master's degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Covenant University.
