Katharine Bise is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Prime + Proper Steakhouse at Heirloom Hospitality since November 2022. Prior to this role, Katharine held General Manager positions at Atwater Brewery and P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc., and served as Senior Manager at The Cheesecake Factory. Early career experiences include working as a Management Intern and Campus Representative with The Cheesecake Factory and The Walt Disney Company, respectively. Katharine's foundational roles include positions in food service and safety, such as a Hostess at Walt Disney World and a Kitchen Preparation/Baker/Server at Camp Arcadia on the Lake. Katharine earned a degree from Michigan State University between 2009 and 2014.
