Briana Richardson

Founding Team, VP of Strategy & Operations at Heir

Briana Richardson has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2012. In 2012, they co-founded iSolv3, a mobile application that allowed users to solve math equations by taking or uploading a picture. Briana was a semi-finalist in the GT Venture Prize competition and won the “Closest to Market” award in the GT Business Plan competition. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant. Briana also worked at Smartcar, Inc. as a Business Developer and at Highland Capital Partners as a Venture Capitalist. In 2019, they became the Head of Market and Product Strategy and Insights at Robinhood. Currently, they are a Founding Team member and VP of Strategy and Operations at HEIR, a blockchain platform backed by Thrive Capital, Solana, Lonzo Ball, Alexis Ohanian, and William Wesley.

Briana Richardson attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Briana then attended Harvard Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration.
