Yvette Overgoor-Ouwerkerk is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in Human Resource Management and project management. Since April 2013, Yvette has worked at The HEINEKEN Company as an HR Functional Specialist, where responsibilities include global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and ongoing projects involving ServiceNow HR and other systems. Yvette has also served as HR Process & Support Lead and HR CO Process and Team Lead, focusing on process redesign and team leadership in administrative functions. Prior experience includes roles at the Customs Administration of the Netherlands as a Project Manager/Policy Advisor with expertise in IT project management and logistics process design, and as a Jr. Consultant at Accenture HCMS involved in ERP software implementation. Yvette holds a Master's degree in Culture, Organization & Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and various qualifications in Human Resources Management.
