Torstein HÃ¥land has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2000, they served as a Soldier in The Norwegian Army until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, Torstein worked as a Security Guard at Securitas AS. In 2006, they held roles as a Project Team Member at Sponsorlink and as an Assistant at Orkla Finans. In 2007, they became a Board Member at Studentenes Hus Nydalen AS. From 2008 to 2019, Torstein worked at Entra ASA, starting as a Financial Controller, then progressing to Senior Business Controller, and finally becoming a Group Controller. In 2019, they joined Fredensborg AS as Head of Controlling. Currently, Torstein holds the position of Director of Finance Transformation at Heimstaden since 2021.

Torstein HÃ¥land completed their Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration at BI Norwegian Business School from 2002 to 2005. Torstein then pursued a Master's degree in Business and Economics with a major in Finance at the same institution from 2005 to 2008.
